Pre-Authorization
We prepare and submit your pre-authorization package: clinical documentation, photos, your Schnur calculation, and your symptom history. We follow up with your insurer until we have an answer, and most determinations come back within two weeks.

Pre-Operative Visit
About a week before surgery, you'll come in to review the details of your procedure and ask any remaining questions. You'll sign consent forms, and we'll send your prescriptions to your pharmacy electronically.

Surgery
